NÖM PANG sandwiches & more – Authentic Cambodian Bánh Mì & Flavorful Dishes in Las Vegas

Was recommended by my brother-in-law, super glad I tried it! Food is phenomenal, the bánh mì (sandwiches) were fresh, hot, crispy, and loaded with everything and more! Tried their papaya salad fermented packed full of flavor, and their spicy lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl. The marinade is delicious and the bowl itself with all the veggies and fish sauce was light and refreshing! Service was also amazing, definitely coming back to try more of their dishes! Alsooooo we tried the ube iced coffee and jasmine milk tea! Both were gooooood

This family at Nom Pang know how to throw down some good food. The 4 dishes we ordered were the lemongrass beef sandwich, pork belly sandwich, Cambodian chicken curry with rice and papaya salad. There is no restaurant in Las Vegas that throws down a legit papaya salad with that authentic spice, they do not play around. Assuming the owners, they were very kind. They took an unexpected lunch beating with an insane amount of people and were backed up but even then they still got hot, quality and delicious food out those doors to patient customers. Unfortunate they aren’t on the south side but it’s damn worth it to drive down here. Wish your business great success and hope you stick around for long decades to come.

This place never stops crushing!!! Their Cambodian spin on bahn mi sandwiches is a game changer, their rotating specials are a treat- try anything with the house made Kreung lemongrass paste, SO GOOD. Lastly, don’t sleep on the coconut slush, it’s a perfect drink especially when combined with some spicy Cambodian food!

Made our way to a new Cambodian restaurant, Nöm Pang Sandwiches while visiting Vegas from Iowa. The restaurant is family-owned and operated (mom, dad and assuming their daughter, all lovely), serving authentic Cambodian dishes unlike anything we can find in the mid-west. They rotate their daily specials featuring a variety of traditional dishes, but maintain their staple dishes like pork riblets, kroeung soup, and congee. Be sure to check their social media or website for the latest offerings. The restaurant's atmosphere was clean and bright. I really enjoyed the semi-open kitchen concept and being able to witness all the fresh veggies going into the dishes we ordered. The restaurant specializes in nom pang, the Cambodian version of banh mi. We ordered the “Nöm Pang Sandwich Special” and happily recommend this as a “have to try” item. Additionally, the table went quiet while devouring the ”kroeung soup”. It was a harmonious balance of salty, sweet, sour, and umami tastes, achieved through a blend of fresh herbs, spices, and fermented pastes served with a whopping portion of perfectly cooked glutenous rice. The freshness, and overall quality of the ingredients mixed with a family friendly atmosphere and superb service certainly made this review an easy write. Highly recommend!

This is our second time coming within a month, We live in the southwest of Las Vegas, this place is a no questions place for us. We will make that drive no hesitation to come eat here. This time we HAD to get the pork belly sandwich again, but also had the minced pork and egg which was amazing. The papaya salad a second time then the larb was also very good, just had to emit the stomach this time but again the food has always been fresh, but more importantly, consistent. Will find ourselves here once again in a week or two, the owners are just a genuine loving family that put that same energy into the food. The cashier was kind and helpful, I only gave that portion a 3 bc it took a long time for the food to come out. The sandwiches was really good. My husbands favorite in vegas. Hes vietnamese and said this nom pang was better than any banh mi in vegas. We got the beef lemongrass, original, and chicken. What I didn't like was the pork rice dish. It didn't hit the spot. The place is cute with a few seats. I didn't like the location as its very very very far from the strip and next to a funeral home.
